Join us for an interactive webinar exploring the role of resident voices in community development. The webinar is based on Storied Communities, Community Stories – a unique study in which researchers partnered with local literary artists to engage residents in examining the role of community development organizations in their communities.

During the webinar, we will explore questions like:

  • How do the priorities of community development organizations align with residents' desires?

  • What practices can we use to engage residents in substantive, longer-term ways?

  • How can we as a group support better engagement between community development organizations and residents?

Through interactive discussions and real-world examples, we will examine ways to strengthen processes and practices that engage residents effectively. You will come away with valuable insights and strategies for supporting communities in ways that align with resident needs and values.
