NACEDA Supports OCC Proposal to Rescind Their 2020 CRA Rule

NACEDA submitted a comment letter in October to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) on their proposal to rescind their own 2020 rule regarding the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). NACEDA's letter reminds regulators why we originally opposed the rule and offers ideas for a community-minded CRA modernization process.

This Friday, December 3, NACEDA Executive Director Frank Woodruff will provide a briefing on the Community Reinvestment Act to the Housing and Community Network of New Jersey's Member Monthly Friday Discussion. Contact NACEDA if you are a NACEDA’s member association to offer this CRA briefing to your members, or become a Member so your organization can take advantage of opportunities like this.
